MAZAR OF HAZRAT BABA MALIHUDDIN SHAH (R.A)

This is the shrine of a well known sufi HAZRAT BABA MALIHUDDIN SHAH (R.A).The place where this shrine is situated is known as pasnauli gagan maharajganj.there are many other shrine of other sufi saint are located here notable among those are hazrat ishaq shah (r.a)' hazrat ahmad shah (r.a).all these saints are related to the quadriyya mouiniya silsila.the murshid of hazrat baba malihuddin shah was a well known sufi named sufi mohammad jaan the murid of shah mohammad kamil noumani (r.a).the urs is celebrated every year on 13 jamadi-ul-awwal according to urdu calender.

A BEAUTIFUL MOSQUE OF MAHARAJGANJ

This beautiful mosque of Maharajganj is situated in Purani Bazar Maharajganj in the district of Siwan, Bihar. This mosque is famous as one of the oldest mosques in this area. The name of this mosque is 'SHAHI JAMA MASJID' and it is often called Purani Masjid.
